Services and scope
Services cover business strategy, research and analysis, operations, and defined project support. The accepted written proposal states exactly what is included, what is excluded, delivery dates, delivery format, and any review or revision allowance. Forming an engagement
An email inquiry or visit to this website does not form a paid engagement. An engagement begins when both parties accept a written proposal and any agreed initial payment is made. Fees, taxes, and payments

Confidentiality and materials
Non-public project information will be used to perform the engagement and shared only as needed with authorized service providers or when legally required. Do not supply information you are not authorized to disclose. Ownership and permitted use of deliverables, source materials, and pre-existing tools will be specified in the written proposal before work begins; no transfer is implied by browsing this site.
Cancellation and refunds
The refund and cancellation policy forms part of these terms. Any engagement-specific arrangements must be presented before acceptance. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Questions and disputes
